Ingredients
1 cup oats
½ cup corn
1 small carrot, grated
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon turmeric
10ml hot water
Rock salt to taste
Instructions
– Mix all the ingredients together, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Form 5-6 fritters
– Bake in the oven or pan and cook until brown on both sides
