Oats Corn Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- ½ cup corn
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 10ml hot water
- Rock salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together, taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Form 5-6 fritters.
- Bake in the oven or pan and cook until brown on both sides
