TOFU SPINACH BURGERS

Ingredients

50g grated tofu

30-40g spinach finely chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1½ tsp Garlic ginger paste

½ tsp Cumin powder

instructions

  • Heat oil and add the onion and garlic ginger paste, saute till onion turns soft and golden brown and then add the tomatoes and allow to soften

–  Add the cumin powder and sauté for 2 minutes.

– Then add the grated tofu and chopped spinach. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

– Then add the coriander and a pinch of salt to taste, cook till any extra moisture dries out.

– Make equal size patties and bake or fry on the pan till brown on both sides.
