TOFU SPINACH BURGERS
Ingredients
- 50g grated tofu
- 30-40g spinach finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1½ tsp Garlic ginger paste
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
Instructions
- Heat oil and add the onion and garlic ginger paste, saute till onion turns soft and golden brown and then add the tomatoes and allow to soften
- Add the cumin powder and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Then add the coriander and a pinch of salt to taste, cook till any extra moisture dries out.
- Make equal size patties and bake or fry on the pan till brown on both sides.
